No it does not says cheats. And ysmenu also does not work.
Crappy site is this you cant even help me. I just bought a [censored] r4 and wasted 26 euro for a [censored] crappy thing. Which does not work. I want [censored] cheats. This makes me really pissed off.

see if you can get your money back and buy a flash cart that has developer support. this is why we stress that ppl do their research before buying a flash cart.

OI anger wont solve anything. go to this page to get info on YSMenu it tells you how to make and install it. ( http://r4ds-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=1957 ) And second off taking it out on the people who are "trying" (keyword there) to help you is a pretty crappy thing to do. Third just as MacGnG said do your research and ask around before you go off on an impulse buy.
